HERO did humanitarian work at the Mainpat Tibetan Refugee Camps. The Refugee camps are in a remote region of Northeast India. HERO participated in three separate trips over six years to build healthy, sustainable, communities within Mainpat. These Humanitarian efforts included medical, dental, and veterinarian aid. The HERO Team administered Typhoid vaccinations to over 10,000 people. Efforts also included distribution of multivitamins, prenatal vitamins, and eyeglasses. The HERO team constructed wind and solar powered sources, and repaired and maintained aspects of their current infrastructure.
